FAQ for the OET Clinics

1) Is this clinic for first-time test takers?

It is designed primarily for retakers who already know the exam format and want targeted improvement. If this is your first attempt, you may still benefit, but you’ll need more foundational exam orientation.

2) Do I need to enroll in both Speaking and Writing?

No. You can focus on one skill if that is where you missed your score. The bundle is best if you missed both or want a fully aligned retake plan.

3) How fast can I improve?

Improvement depends on baseline level, the size of the gap, and how consistently you apply feedback. Most candidates improve fastest by fixing rubric-heavy issues like clarity, task fulfillment, relevance, structure, and patient-centered communication.

4) Do you guarantee I will pass?

No. No provider can guarantee an official exam score. What we provide is a structured workflow, rubric-based feedback, and a clear plan to improve the specific behaviors the exam rewards.

5) How does feedback work?

You submit a task (letter or role-play). We mark it against the OET rubrics and return actionable corrections and a next-step drill. You apply the feedback immediately in the next submission.

6) What is the feedback turnaround time?

Your turnaround time is stated on the offer page as an SLA (service level agreement). This ensures you can apply corrections quickly rather than waiting days between practice cycles.

7) Will you give me an estimated score?

We provide rubric-based estimates and gap analysis to guide training. Only the official OET exam provides official scores.

8) What if I’m weak in grammar and vocabulary?

Most retakers gain more by improving structure, appropriateness, and clarity first. We address language accuracy as it affects meaning, tone, and readability, but we prioritize the fixes that typically move scores fastest.

9) What if I don’t have time every day?

You can still improve with a reduced cadence, but results are usually better with consistent repetition and quick feedback loops. If time is tight, focus on fewer tasks with higher-quality corrections.

10) Do you offer live coaching?

If live sessions are included, the number and schedule rules are shown in your plan. If not included, live coaching may be available as an add-on if you choose it.

11) What do I need to start?

Your score report (if available), target score, deadline, and one baseline submission (writing sample and/or speaking baseline). You will receive instructions after enrollment.

12) What is your refund/reschedule policy?

Policies should be stated clearly on the offer page. In general, once coaching feedback is delivered, the service has been partially consumed, so refunds are typically limited.
